A:Hello, We have a video of a three bedroom version of this same house you can see. Plan 59104. Most of the plan is the exact same, except the part between the garage and master suite. Its a walkthrough, real life video of a constructed house.

Q:Can you please tell me how many square feet is under roof on this plan. I know the bonus room will have to be added.
A:Good morning, The first floor heated is 2250, 1030 s.f. unheated (first floor), 310 s.f. unheated (bonus room), 3590 s.f. total under roof (including bonus room) This is stud wall to stud wall, not including masonry. Thanks.
