Drafted at 1/4" scale. Poured or block basement or slab foundations are standard. We also show the structural information, steel beam and pole locations and the direction and spacing of
the floor system above. Optional basement, slab and crawl space foundations are available.
Main Level Floor Plan
1/4" scale. Fully dimensioned from stud to stud for ease of framing. 2"x4" walls are standard. The detailed
drawings include such things as structural header locations, framing layout and kitchen layout

Q:If you were to add one foot to the length and one foot to the width to every room (including porches, garage, closets, bathrooms, etc.), what would that bring the square footage to? Also, could you please tell me the dimensions to the dining area, master bath, and master closet? Thank you so much for your time.
A:I need to know where exact stretches are going to in order to make sure I have correct information to you. Based off the information below some of the rooms would have a 2’-0” stretch thru it. Please give me more information to provide an accurate quote for changes and a more accurate square footage total.
The master bath is 5’-0”x8’-0” approximately, the master closet it approx. 5’-0”x4’-9”. The dining space is about 13’-8”x6’-6”.

Q:plan #68231 I have a customer ready to order who would like to see the basement layout and also wants to know if family room ceiling is vaulted with access to the dormer for light... can you let me know?
A:This plan doesn’t have a cathedral ceiling to use the dormer for light but they can build it that way if they want. I cannot send you the foundation plan. The basement layout follows the perimeter of the house.
