A: We do not show the main floor plans for alternate foundations. You could take the space for the stairs and close it off to make an HVAC area.
A: The HVAC is located where the stairs are closest to the great room. The rest of that space is a storage closet. When we 2x6, the walls are stretched in so it doesn’t affect the outside of the house. The brick ledge will remain.
