A: When we provide either crawlspace or basement layouts all we provide is a general layout for the beams and potential locations for footings. We clearly state that this is a minimal layout and only one of a number of ways to layout this foundation. We have absolutely no idea what type of soil conditions the home is going on, or what the typical construction standards are in that particular market place. Some places might use more footings and cross beams with as little as 2 x 8 joists. Others might use engineered trusses which could possibly eliminate any footings or cross beams. These decisions need to be made locally, preferably by a registered professional. So there is no confusion here, we do not provide any framing details for crawlspace or basement layouts for any plans we do because we don't have enough information to provide them.
A: Yes, there is a closet for a stack pack washer and dryer behind the back door, kind of in the left rear corner of the kitchen.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
