Q:Will you send the floor plan for the slab foundation? I would like to see what it looks like without the basement staircase.
A:I’m sorry, we do not have present plans for our slab plans. The stairs will get converted to a closet for the furnace and water heater.

Q:Why does this plan not show dimensions of: 1) Master bathroom 2) Guest bathroom 3) Master closet 4) Laundry room or 5) Front porch 6) closet outside laundy room? AND Can the ceiling height be 12' in great room, dining, kitchen area and 10' for rest of house?
A:These dimensions are not shown due to the size of these areas being so small, there’s not enough room. Please find dimensions after each question.
