SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.

Q:What upstairs is counting as the 195sf upper living area that makes up the 2605 total sf? So the bonus/bedroom and bath upstairs are included in the bed bath count on the plan (4br 4.5bath) but the sq footage is not included in the 2605?
A:The 195 sq feet just includes the balcony, the bathroom and closet area, then it should say Bonus: 404 sq feet.

A:The basement stair access will be opposite the stairs going up to bonus level above; the kids nook will be eliminated.
The basement is optional and must be adapted for this design. Here is a basement location for an almost identical plan: 82230.
