Q:-Can house be on crawl? -What are the kitchen dims? -Is the wall (running left to right) from the gas fireplace to the master bedroom not supposed to be aligned as drawn?
A:1) Yes, a crawlspace foundation would be available for an additional $300.00 and it would be approximately 2 weeks to prepare this foundation (I am quoting 2 weeks to be safe, but most likely it would be done a lot sooner than that).
2) 12'4" X 12'8"
3) Yes, this is how the plan was designed.

Q:Hi Im just wondering if the total sqaure footage for this home plan is 2097?. I want an exact square footage to go to the bank with. Ive looked at other plans on the internet and the closets and other areas in the plan are not added into the final footage which puts it over what im looking for. plan # 98898. Thanks, Jake
A:The heated square footage for this home is 2097. This does include all areas of the home that is conditioned, including closets and other areas. What it does not include is the porch, garage, or other unfinished areas such as the basement. These figures are listed below.

A:The kitchen is 12' 4" x 12' 6". Converting from fireplace to electric can be done by you and your building when you are specifying the materials and products for your new home.
