Q & A
Previous Q & A
Q:Can you tell me where the furnace and hot water tank would be if on a slab?
A:When we do the slab plan the mechanical room goes where the staircase was at.
Thanks
Jason
Q:If I would like to move the entry up to line up with the back of the garage would this need to be redrawn for this to occur or would the builder be able to handle this with no issue?
A:We can modify the plans or you can have your builder do it on site. Most counties require the built product to match the plans, so that is your call. Please call if you would like a modification quote.
Q:Is the footprint of the basement the full 1701 sq feet?
A:Yes, minus the 8" walls for the foundation.
Q:Just to be clear I was supposed to ask what the Soffit measurements are. Is this the information you already emailed me? Thank you, Karen
A:Yes
Q:What is the overhang of the roof? We need to have an overhang of 14".
A:Sides are 1'-0" and front to back is 1'-6"
Q:What is the depth of the single car garage stall?
A:The stall is 20'-4" deep
Q:I am looking into placing an order for a floorplan on your website. Before I place the order, can you tell me what the timeline is to receive the AutoCAD files for House #41174 with a full basement? We need to turn the plans around quickly, so if we need to wait for a CD to be mailed over, then we'll have to look at another option.
A:If you place a CAD order before 2:00 Central time we can email the CAD file over today.
Common Q & A
