Roof plans are provided with every package. This will show all roof slopes and a roof framing detail.
Miscellaneous details as needed per house plan.
Kitchen/ bath cabinet elevations are provided.

User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: We don’t include the plumbing/sewer layout normally but we could include it but you’ll have to verify it with your local codes…etc Our plans are drawn in autocad up to version 2022 but we can save down to 2010 if need be. Yes, we include all files such as .ctb files as well as fonts that we use

A: False dormers, but the if you got contractor to make foyer 20’ ceiling, that middle dormer would shine into foyer!
