A: This plan is an incomplete plan. There are a few things that will need to be done and checked if sold. That could take 3-4 weeks to get done. From what has been done it looks like the center of the 2nd level has a 10' ceiling height. The dashed lines indicate an 8' ceiling height that coffers up to the 10'.
