A: Thank you for your interest in plan 50082. The walk in closet of the bedroom on the far right is formed with attic trusses over the garage. That could be extended to create more attic space over the garage. The basement stairs are situated on the first floor plan beneath the stairs to the second floor. You will notice on the drawing that the stairs on the first floor plan are split with a horizontal line and the “down” stairs has a door at the bottom.
