Q: Thanks. Can you advise height of ceilings in kitchen and family room? I realize 1st floor is generally 9 feet, however we are looking for a cathedral or open ceiling in family room. I am going to submit a request for modifications in other areas but would like to know if I need to ask for modification of ceiling height in family room. Thanks.

A: The ceiling heights for the kitchen & the great room are 9’. Raising a portion of the ceiling in the great room is possible. The 2nd floor is over the kitchen so that ceiling could not be raised.

Q: Are 3-D renderings available for the interior of this plan?

A: We do not have any interior renderings for our plans.

Q: Do you have a 3 car garage with an apartment that would go along with this plan

A: We do not have a plan meeting the description of 3 car garage with an apartment.
