A: Yes, See plan 59137 for a version of this plan with the bonus room above the garage , and a basement foundation. The basement is a non walkout type. It comes as empty, unfinished storage. The builder can add a walkout at the rear, or we can modify the plans if you need changes. If you do, just reply to this email with a list of the changes, and we will provide a quote. Thanks.
A: We do have a 2x6 exterior wall version of plan 59106 (basement version) available at no extra charge. You must specify the 2x6 wall request when you place the order, or it will come with 2x4 walls. We will add the option to the website.
