We use a simple layer system with just a few layers, maybe 5 or 6 layers.. we don’t like complicated….
A: Hello, We do not have that exact item. We do have several smaller variants of this though. See plans 59106, 59114, 59070, 59010, 59011 , 59021and several other, even smaller than the last one. Let me know if you need them much smaller. The plans I listed here are mostly three bedroom, but all of them could be modified to have four, if that’s what your looking for. The media room/hobby/office in these plans takes care of what most people use a fourth bedroom for. Have a wonderful day and God bless!
A: The basement is unfinished and follows the perimeter of the heated and cooled first floor. There is no layout, just a foundation plan.
