Q:Where would the stairs go if you wanted a basement?
A:Hello, Choose plan 59980 if you need a basement foundation. It has a 28' deep garage, and with the basement option there would be 24' depth remaining after the basement stairs are included. Full size crew cab trucks such as an F150 are approx. 20' long.
Basement comes as empty, unfinished space and is the same size and shape as the heated/cooled portion of the main floor with an approx. 9' clg. ht.

A:Hello, The floor plan and basement level layout is attached. The basement comes as a non walkout type, with one egress window on the rear with optional window well. There are no living spaces in the basement. It comes as empty, unfinished storage space. You can add rooms and extra windows and doors onsite, or the plans can be modified for an extra cost.

A:See plan 59980. It is the same plan, and is available with a basement. The exterior is a different color in the rendering, but its the same.
