A: Hello, The floor plan and basement level layout is attached. The basement comes as a non walkout type, with one egress window on the rear with optional window well. There are no living spaces in the basement. It comes as empty, unfinished storage space. You can add rooms and extra windows and doors onsite, or the plans can be modified for an extra cost. Thanks!View Attached File

Basement comes as empty, unfinished space with one row of support posts in the middle, and one egress window with optional window well on the rear, under the master suite. Basement comes with approx. 9' ceiling height. Thanks.
