Q & A
Previous Q & A
Q:What is in the space next to the washer and dryer on the second floor and next to the bathroom on the first floor? It looks like a small closet but I was not sure. Also, on the second floor, is the ceiling level or vaulted?
A:Next to the utility room on the second floor and the main floor powder room are storage spaces. The one on the second floor is called out as a linen closet and the one on the main floor is a broom closet.
The second floor of this design has flat 8’ tall ceilings.
Please let us know if you have any other questions on this design.
Q:Another Q: What is the size of the island and does it allow an overhang for a couple of stools. Also, what is the dimension of the covered patio.
A:Thank you for your interest in plan number 69413.
The kitchen island is 3’4” x 2’8”. The island is not currently drawn with an eating bar, but could be modified by your cabinet manufacture to have the space for bar stools. The kitchen space would make this a tight fit, but possible. And the dimensions of the covered patio are 12’ x 6’.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
