Plan Description
We've integrated our customer's most requested features into a mid-sized ranch in the creation of this attractive new design. The Craftsman style siding and stone exterior is accented with a "Palladian" window, dormers, multi-level trim and an inviting front porch. A flexible office/living/4th bedroom, an exquisite master suite, a 3-car garage with a utility sink, and a large screened porch are sure to make this 2000 square foot home irresistible.
The exceptional master suite, with direct access to the deck, a sitting area, full-featured bath, and spacious walk-in closets, create a true "Master's Retreat." A bay window brightens the casual dining room and kitchen. Vaulted or trayed ceilings adorn the living, family room, master suite and cozy “coffee corner”. Other rooms have 9' ceilings. The upper level bonus room features 495 sq. ft. of functional living space with 5 ft. knee walls rising up to an 8 ft. ceiling. What's Included?
Foundation Plans: include drawings for a standard, daylight or partial basement, crawlspace, pier, or slab foundation. All necessary notations and dimensions are included. (Foundation options will vary for each plan. If the home you want does not have the type of foundation you desire, contact us to discuss having that plan created.)
Detailed Floor Plans: show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc., of each level of the house. In some cases, the door and window dimensions and/or stair details may be on a separate page.
Exterior Elevations: show the front, rear and sides of the house, including exterior materials, details and measurements.
Wall Sections and/or Cross Sections: show details of the house as though it were cut in slices from the roof to the foundation. The cross sections specify the home's construction, insulation, flooring and roofing details.
Roof Details: show slope, pitch and location of dormers, gables and other roof elements, including clerestory windows and skylights. These details may be shown on the elevation sheet or on a s eparate diagram. Note: If trusses are used, we suggest using a local truss manufacturer to design your trusses to comply with your local codes and regulations.
Standard Construction Details: various details related to beam support, floor construction, connections, and roofing options.

Q: I am desperately searching for a house I wanted to build 10 years ago or so. The floor plan is VERY similar to this. The way the office is kinda cornered in the living room in this plan except the one I am looking for has another room that's cornered like this in the living room. It makes for kind of an odd shaped living room but I loved it. The ceilings are pretty high as well. You must be the designer of it because it's so similar to this one. The living room shape is almost like a stop sign but not as many sides. My description is terrible but I am hoping you can help! Haha
A: It could be 92468 design. However, I suggest clicking on “plans by this designer” and go through the many derivatives available for this plan series.
Q: I want bluprints for the exterior of #74804, but with the interior of plan #74810. Additionally, I plan to build this house on a crawlspace, not a basement, so I need the plans to reflect that as well. IS there any additional cost for this change, since it appears there are numerous plans that all have these characteristics already, just not together in a single house plan.
A: You will need to order design 74810 and have modifications done for the exterior façade changes and adding the two dormers. Please call 800-482-0464 ex. 410 for a quote for the modifications. The crawlspace option is now available for $250.00.
