I just finished drawing a crawl space foundation plan for this design. I located a stacking washer and dryer unit under the second level staircase. Replaced the tub in the main floor bathroom with a 36" x 36" shower and a closet holding a hot water heater storage tank.

A: That rear elevation is for the basement foundation version of design 76000. I have attached all four elevations of the basement foundation version for your consideration. Thank you for your interest
View Attached FileA: This design has two foundation options. For the unfinished walkout basement foundation option, the washer, dryer and hot water heater are located in the basement. For the crawl space foundation option, I located a stacking washer and dryer unit under the second level staircase. I replaced the bathtub in the main floor bathroom with a 36" x 36" shower and a closet holding a hot water heater storage tank. An alternate would be to modify the main floor plan (increase the floor area) to accommodate a laundry / utility room. You would need to specify your foundation preference at time of ordering.
