Modern Home Plan With Sundeck 80536 has 3,020 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. This home is designed to fit into a hillside lot with potential views in three directions. The sharp modern exterior is a blend of stone, stucco, and engineered wood. There is plenty of glass to brighten the interior with natural light. Open planning will make daily life and entertaining a delight. Plus, take note of the front and rear covered decks that promise outdoor fun.
Modern Home Plan Main Floor
Modern Home Plan With Sundeck 80536 is a unique design. Firstly, it has two kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms. We start our tour on the Main Floor. This floor can also be called the "upper level" or "level one" because it's all above grade. Secondly, the open staircase gives unobstructed visual harmony to the living spaces. There is a handy pocket office just off the vaulted great room and a window seat in the dining area to add to the excitement. Traffic flows easily thanks to a walk-through laundry room. Storage is taken care of thanks to a large walk-in pantry.
Thirdly, walk into the well-appointed master suite which is 14' wide by 14'6 deep. Next, the ensuite includes private toilet closet, large walk-in closet, and double vanity. Option 2: Finish the ground floor and use it for a Secondary Suite to help with the mortgage. The building plans include both options.
Two more bedrooms are on this level. The back bedroom has a walk-in closet and a good-sized private bathroom with double vanity, linen storage, and walk-in shower. This will be the master bedroom on this level if you choose to make it a separate rental. The other bedroom and your guests have access to the full bath off the hallway.
