A: We would show the walkout across the back as a 9'-0" high foundation. The windows stack below the bedrooms and the door will go to the back-right side.
Q: How long would it take to receive this plan in pdf format? A: The turnaround time for the WO Basement may take up to 5 business days from the time of order.
Q: Could I buy and receive plan with Standard foundation and pay same price of $540 for a walkout version a month later? A: The regular pdf can be sent out same day as we receive the order. Yes, you can order the plan and then order the walk-out basement foundation at a later time.
