Drafted at 1/4" scale. Poured or block basement or slab foundations are standard. We also show the structural information, steel beam and pole locations and the direction and spacing of the floor system above. Optional basement, slab and crawl space foundations are available.
Main Level Floor Plan
1/4" scale. Fully dimensioned from stud to stud for ease of framing. 2"x4" walls are standard. The detailed drawings include such things as structural header locations, framing layout and kitchen layout
Second Level Floor Plan.
1/4" scale. Dimensioned from stud to stud and drafted to the same degree of detail as the main level floor plan.
Electrical and Sections
Illustrated on a separate page for clarity, the electrical plan shows suggested electrical layout for the foundation, main and second level floor plans. Typical wall, cantilever, stair, brick and fireplace sections are provided to further explain construction of these areas.
Roof Framing Plan.

Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: Q: Is it a standardized walkout drawing with a below grade door, or does it have to be drawn to specific location and elevation along basement wall? A: We would show the walkout across the back as a 9'-0" high foundation. The windows stack below the bedrooms and the door will go to the back-right side. Q: How long would it take to receive this plan in pdf format? A: The turnaround time for the WO Basement may take up to 5 business days from the time of order. Q: Could I buy and receive plan with Standard foundation and pay same price of $540 for a walkout version a month later? A: The regular pdf can be sent out same day as we receive the order. Yes, you can order the plan and then order the walk-out basement foundation at a later time.
