Small Rustic Cottage House Plan Offering Lots of Natural Light and a Fully Finished Walkout Basement

Designed for a waterfront lot or mountain area, the rear elevation is offers many windows and two covered terraces. The entire rear area, both on the ground floor and on the garden level, includes common areas such as the kitchen, the family room and the living room. The compact format of this small chalet-style house offers beautiful flexible spaces that will accommodate all the members of your family.
