A: How many steps go up to the bonus area? (THERE ARE 16 STEPS) Also, how many go downstairs to the basement and how wide are the staircases? (15 STEPS GOING DOWN, AND THE ACTUAL STAIRS ARE 3’6” WIDE) What is the garage height for the double car garage? ARE YOU WANTING TO KNOW WHAT THE HEIGHT OF THE BAY DOORS ARE?
A: Yes this plan could work well on a sloped lot by choosing the optional unfinished basement option.
A: The 195 sq feet just includes the balcony, the bathroom and closet area, then it should say Bonus: 404 sq feet.

A: 1. In regards to the coat closet bring a load bearing wall...would it work to make a butler's or a wet bar on the other side? Answer: Yes 2. Can you tell me the length of each wall on either side of the fireplace? I know they are different lengths because of the walkway to the bedrooms. Answer: Facing the fireplace: Rt side: 7’2” L side: 3’8”
A: The basement stair access will be opposite the stairs going up to bonus level above; the kids nook will be eliminated. The basement is optional and must be adapted for this design. Here is a basement location for an almost identical plan: 82230.
