A: Thank you for your interest in our plan 92604. The rear porch is 16’x12’ and has a roof covering. The ceilings in the great room and master bedroom are currently 10’1” and the remainder is 9’1”. The ceiling heights can be raised as much as you like but the roof trusses will need to be redesigned.
