Do you have larger floorplans that you could send? The images on the website are not very readable for dimensions and such.
What are the size of the dormers in the bonus room, and what type of kneewall height are we looking at in the corners?
Also, is there any attic space, and where would that be accessed from?

A:I have attached an easier to read version of the floorplan you are asking about. The size of the dormer in the bonus room is 10'8" wide x 10' deep. As you can see there are no kneewalls looking into the corners, the dotted line is just an indication that the ceiling at those points is slanted. There is no attic space, just the bonus space which is marked on the plan as "optional", which may be why your database picked it up as attic space.
