A: Hello, The heat/loss gain has to do with the air conditioning unit and they are rarely requested anymore. The company that does your a/c and/or power company will most likely do their own. The specifications page specifies the materials that are going to be used in the home. We can include that with your plans but it may need to be updated since you are in Missouri, as we are located in Mississippi. We do not include a plumbing plan but we do show the fixtures on the floor plan. We do not specify a time frame on the plans. We are not architects or engineers, we are residential home designers. If your plans need to be stamped by an engineer, that would need to be done locally.
