Plan Description
This Handsome Farmhouse Plan gives you just over 2,000 sq.ft. of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath. This charming floor plan has great curb appeal with a lovely covered porch upheld by wide white columns. Inside, you will find plenty of space for the kiddos and a lovely open floor plan that incorporates the Kitchen, Great Room, and Breakfast Room.
Wide Open Spaces
As you enter, you find yourself in the Foyer that features a high 10-foot ceiling. This gives the home a nice, airy feeling. To the left, the Foyer partially opens to the formal Dining Room, where the high 10-foot ceiling is continued.
Plenty of Space for the Kiddos
To the right of the Foyer is the Guest Room / Bedroom 3 / Study Area. This spacious room features the high ceiling, as well as a large picture window facing the front of the home. This Bedroom has a large walk-in closet and connects to Bedroom 2 through a Jack and Jill bath. Bedroom 2 also has a large walk-in closet and two windows facing the side of the home.
Open Floor Plan
Just ahead of the Foyer, the Great Room features faux beams in the vaulted ceiling and a large brickwork fireplace. It also has 2 large entrances to the rear Grilling Porch. The Great Room is also part of an open floor plan that allows the styling from the Great Room to flow seamlessly to the Kitchen and Breakfast Room.
The Kitchen features a large bar with seating for 6 for those busy mornings with the kids. The Kitchen also features a very large pantry with built in shelves, while the Breakfast Room allows you to enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the rear of the property through a large picture frame window.
Moving farther, you will find a large Laundry Room, with plenty of space for your appliances and a large soaking sink for those tough stains.
Gorgeous Master Suite
The Master Suite finishes out the first floor of this home. The master bedroom features a 10-foot boxed ceiling and two windows facing the rear of the home. There is also a private entrance to the Covered Walk leading out to the Grilling Porch with its optional fireplace and vaulted ceilings.
The Master Bathroom gives you both a free-standing tub and a corner glass shower. The free-standing tub is a staple in Farmhouse Style house plans and lends an old-world air to the room. The Master Bathroom also features a large walk-in closet to help store and sort all of your clothing.
Bonus Room Above Garage
If you are in need of more space, an optional Bonus Room with plenty of attic storage is available above the 2-car garage. On top of all this, you can add the optional third garage bay for even more space!
