Plan Description
Front and back porches span the width of this rustic country cottage. The living and dining room provide an open space with cathedral ceilings. A wood burning fireplace warms this large space. A: I'm sorry we do not have any photographs of this home. The great room area is open above, and the stair rail opens to the great room. If you want to choose to built with trusses, you can get a truss plan from your local truss manufacturer.
A: Yes, the upper bedroom is a loft. Please contact a local builder to get information about construction cost in your area.
A: There is a stack washer/dryer combo in the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. They are located on the outside wall!
A: That is a stack W/D. Pantry is opposite, could be washer, leaving dryer on outside wall to vent.
