Plan Description

Q: Are there additional pictures we can see? We'd like to see how the loft and stairs look from the great room. Is it totally open to below? We want to build with pre-fab trusses. Can we get a truss plan? We really want this plan. Thank you!

A: I'm sorry we do not have any photographs of this home. The great room area is open above, and the stair rail opens to the great room. If you want to choose to built with trusses, you can get a truss plan from your local truss manufacturer.

Q: Is there a loft as the upper bedroom? Any guess as to cost...in Kansas? thanks

A: Yes, the upper bedroom is a loft. Please contact a local builder to get information about construction cost in your area.

Q: were is the washer and dryer areas located

A: There is a stack washer/dryer combo in the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. They are located on the outside wall!

Q: is that a stack W/D or are washer and dryer on separate walls?

A: That is a stack W/D. Pantry is opposite, could be washer, leaving dryer on outside wall to vent.
