Modern Country House Plan 43934 has 2,679 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. All three bedrooms are located on the main level. Add bunks upstairs in the loft to accommodate extended family when they stay over for the holidays. The huge covered porch wraps around two sides of the living space. We love the rustic details like brown wood siding and thick porch columns with stone bases. The cathedral ceiling on the front porch is a welcoming feature, and it ushers you inside through a set of double doors.

Modern Country House Plan 43934 is a comfortable design for both family and guests. Firstly, the home is designed with a rectangular floorplan. Land in open living space as soon as you come through the front doors. There is no formal entry, therefore there is no wasted square footage. Your great room has no fireplace, so you can arrange furniture on any wall that you please. The cathedral ceiling serves as a "divider" between great room and kitchen, yet it leaves the space open and airy.
