Looking for a moderately sized home design with loads of character? Look no further. This 2,619 sq. ft. one-story Craftsman-style home has plenty to offer growing families, Baby Boomers and Empty Nesters alike. A beautifully designed front elevation imparts warm first impressions with tapered columns, repeating gables and a tasteful blend of brick, stone and shingles. Stepping inside, guests are greeted by the formal dining room and expansive views into the great room beyond. A spacious breakfast area and well-appointed kitchen interact openly with the great room and enjoy access to a large, covered rear porch. A hallway off the great room leads to one secondary bedroom and the master suite, which includes his and her vanities, shower, soaking tub, compartmented stool and generous walk-in closet. A finished walk-out basement plan is included, offering the option of substantially expanding the homes living space with two bedrooms, a media area, rec room and wet bar.

A: I’m sorry. The builder supplied us with the picture. We were not privy to the information for which you are requesting. Kathy
A: We have photos of this house on our website, but none beyond those 9 or 10. We do not necessarily have the addresses of the houses as they are built but we make every effort not to invade the privacy of the owners
A: The Great Room fireplace has been moved. There is no fireplace on the covered porch. Placing a Jack & Jill bath between the study and the bedroom may require adding space to the floor plan. We can do the changes required for an additional charge. We originally did the house as a market house and it has since been sold. We do not have contact information with the current owner.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
