Q: Are all four walls, in girl upstairs bedrooms, a full 8 feet
A: The 7' wall is the whole wall along the dashed line labeled as sloped ceiling. This will not affect the standing room at all unless they are over 7' tall. The entire dimensions of the room will still be completely usable space.
Q: When the basement option is chosen and the basement staircase is added, will the staircase be stacked with the existing staircase? I want to know if the total living area and the dimensions of the plan stay the same.
A: That is correct....the stairs are stacked in the basement option, so the square footage and footprint of the plan stays the same. Thanks, Jason
Q: Two more question. Most every inch of this plan is taken up but i see no provision for A/C or hot water tank. And if it were to be put on a slab how would the refrigerant lines be run to the outside
A: The WH and HVAC are located in the attic space so as not to take up valuable floor area. Refrigerant lines simply run through the attic space.
