Previous Q & A
Q:We are wondering what the dimensions of the master bathroom are. Specifically the closets, tub space and shower. The other question I have regarding this plan is if the kitchen accommodates built in ovens or a range? Thanks!
A:Thanks for your interest in this concept design. These dimensions are all approximate. The master closets: adjacent to tub - 5’-8”x5’-8”, the other is 5’x5’, Shower is 42”x42”. Tub is 5’ length x 36” depth. The kitchen as designed has a 48” range with oven below. It has several options if you want a separate oven and cooktop. They would require relocating the sink (sliding it towards the utility) or placing it in the island. The oven could then be located at the edge next to the resource center. The cooktop could stay where it is or it could be located at the island.
The plans are Conceptual Designs - they are not completed construction plans. We have found that many plans need to be re-drawn either for design changes or, most often, different local construction codes and/or building preferences. PDFs of the concept design (all 4 exterior elevations, floor plan with limited dimensions, roof view) along with the CAD files are provided. The CAD files can then be used by your builder’s designer or a local design professional to complete the plans with your changes and all details necessary for construction per your local codes, etc. Let us know if you have any further questions.
