A: - You should have plenty of room for dentil molding. The frieze board is a 1 X 12, and this home has a 12” roof overhang. - The roof is a 10/12 pitch. The roof itself is approx. 16’-0” tall. From the finished first floor to the peak of the roof is approx. 37’-8”. - This home has 3’-0” wide windows throughout. An 18” shutter is what masses the best with 3’-0” windows, but this home was not designed with shutters in mind. Plan modifications would need to be made to accommodate them. - An additional 6” of height to the window pediments would get pretty tight on the frieze board. I would recommend adjusting the height of the knee wall accordingly. - Yes we have designed a 42” high frame wall between the great room and the kitchen. - We do not provide a materials list.
