Q:I love this floor plan. Is there one with only the first floor plans to eliminate the stairway space? Thank you, Donna Bell
A:We do not have a plan without the stairs, but this would be an easy change that could be done on site by your builder. The spaces around the staircase would simply become larger. We also offer modification services if you would like the changes to be reflected on your plans.

Q:For House Plan 56914, is the 2 car garage area all closed in with garage door(s) or is it an open area carport?
The floorplan on the site reflects a two car carport which is open. The one car garage next to it reflects what a closed in garage with door would look like.
