A: You cannot determine the square footage simply by multiplying the room sizes. Closets and hallways as well as other areas are not labeled, so there is no way to accurately calculate them without having their dimensions. Also, the room sizes listed only include the interior clear dimensions of the room. You must take into account the wall thickness when determining square footage. Rest assured that the footage listed is accurate as calculated by electronic means.
A: Good Afternoon, A gas fireplace can easily be added to the living room...just keep in mind that it will protrude into the space making your available space for furniture smaller. As for the garage storage, the plans call for a pull-down staircase in the garage which gives access to attic storage above. Thanks, Jason
