Q:Does the kitchen include a dishwasher? I assume the W/D is a stack washer/dryer. Is that correct?
A:Hello, Yes, the kitchen includes an optional dishwasher in the bar. See the attached image.
If your standing at the sink, the dishwasher would be behind you. You could easily turn and place the dishes into it without taking a step.
There is no space for a dishwasher directly beside the sink.
Yes, the washer/dryer is a stacked unit. It is possible to have a full size side by side washer and dryer, but it would require eliminating the pantry and the cabinet beside the refrigerator leaving only the refrigerator and washer/dryer on that wall.
Some clients have used the bonus room for a full size side by side washer/dryer closet and a walk in closet for bedroom, and eliminating the existing bedroom closets. We do offer modification services, so if you would like to customize the plans, send in a list of the changes you would like, and we will provide a quote to modify it. Thanks!
Q:Hi, Can you make this home and floor plan for 1000sft adding a bathroom?
A:See plan 59043 for a 1000 s.f. version, with a slightly different exterior. We also have this 1000 s.f. version with a one car garage on the right, or a two car garage on the right, both are front entry.
Q:How many cubic yards of concrete do I need if the slab is 6 thick And how mans cubic yards of concrete if the slab is 4 thick ?
A:There would be approx. 22 yards of concrete for a slab on grade foundation, with 4" thick slab, and approx. 26 yards of concrete for a 6" thick slab. This assumes 16" footing depth measured from the top of the slab. If your local code requires the footings to be deeper, then additional concrete will be needed. The frost line depth varies everywhere.

Q:Can this be done without fireplace?
A:Hello, Sure, the fireplace can be easily eliminated onsite by the builder. We also have a very similar plan available without the fireplace. See plan 59110. Notice that this other plan has a walk in closet instead of the "bonus room". Thanks!
Q:Is it possible to build the house without the back/rear porch, and to make the basement stairs and bedroom closets one big walk-in closet?
