A: The foyer is 5'-3 x 5'-9 The master bath is 13'-5" x 10'-1", the tub is 5'x 5', the shower is 3'x4' The WIC is 5'-5 1/2" x 7' Bath 2 is 5'-4" x 11' The laundry is 8'-4" x 9'-6" The porch is 24'-4" x 6' If the exterior walls are changed to 2x6s the rooms that have exterior walls would be 2" smaller.
A: Answers to your questions:
All of my plans show the following;
1- Proposed electrical layout, showing suggested locations for lights, switches, outlets (duplex, ground fault and 220 v) , smoke detectors and service panel. Plans also show suggested locations for phone jacks and television jacks.
2- Plumbing fixture locations, including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, laundry tubs, water heaters and floor drains are shown on all plans. The layout and installation of water supply lines, drains and vents are NOT shown on my plans and are the responsibility of the plumbing contractor as required by the local plumbing codes.
3- All windows show the code numbers for a window manufacturer, usually Andersen, but in some cases Pella.
4- All plans include a suggested kitchen/bath/laundry cabinet layout, with all cabinet sizes shown.
