Q:I am sorry to ask the questin again, but I don't think you understood the question. Is there enough space to add an outside exterior door to the right side of the garage opening. I can see a small wall, but don't know if a door can be installed there.
A:Yes, we understood your question. There is 3'-4" of solid wall between the edge of the garage door and the rear wall of garage. We need to keep at least 2' of solid wall between the garage door and the new door, which means we will need to use a portion of the storage room to make enough room inside the garage for a new 36" exterior door, to the right of the garage door.

Q:Is this plan available with a wood burning fireplace?
A:Hello, The plan could be modified to add a wood burning fireplace for an extra $195.
You can also make that change onsite with the builder.

Q:Can the foundation be with 3 rows of 8 inch block and top two rows be 4 inch block with brick beside the 4 inch block and house sit on the brick and block?
A:Hello, Most brick are non-load bearing. They do make a load bearing brick, but its normally not very good looking. So no weight should intentionally be supported by non load bearing brick. Your local building official may be a good source for information on the 4" block.
We have never heard of a foundation configuration as you mentioned.. We would typically use 12" block for the lower courses, then 8" block from the ground line up, to provide the 4" bearing for the brick.
If your foundation is only going to be 3 courses high, why not just use the footing at the bottom for the brick ledge, and then only use 8" block. You would lay an 8" wall, then brick from the footing to the top. If this is for a crawlspace foundation type, you can just allow the floor joists to extend out about 6" past the block to make the brick appear to be "under the house" instead of sticking out beyond the walls.
I suspect the cost of 12" and 4" block to be very little difference versus 8".
