Plan Description
A covered porch topped with dormers gives this home classic appeal. The bonus room adds 410 square feet. The two-story great-room, overlooked by a balcony, features built-ins, a wall of windows, and a fireplace. In the main-level right wing, twin walk-in closets and a luxurious bath embellish the master suite. The counter space in the kitchen is a food preparer’s dream, while the direct access to the eating bar, breakfast room, and formal dining area will please the server. On the upper level, bedrooms, each with a window seat and ample closet space, share a hall bath and computer center. This home is designed with slab and crawlspace foundation options. For a smaller version of this plan, see 61166 or 62134.

Previous Q & A
Q:Can you please tell me the dimensions for the foyer, Garage, Kitchen, Storage, Master Closets, 3rd Bedroom Closet, and Bonus Room? The font is too small and blurry for me to read or the dimensions are not listed. Thank you! -Ashley
A:Dimensions for the foyer(7’4” x 4’ before stairs), Garage(20’2” x 21’4”), Kitchen(13’ x 16’), Storage(10’4” x 7’8”), Master Closets(5’3” x 5’8”), 3rd Bedroom Closet(6’ x 5’), and Bonus Room(20’2” x 19’4”)
Q:Was just wondering what the 9' dotted lines connected to the window openings are on the second floor. I really like this house i am just slightly confused as to what this means? Thanks
A:The dotted lines marked 9’ shows where that 9’ head clearance runs. Beyond those dotted lines, the ceilings slope down
Q:Does the basement plan cover the same sq. ft. as the main house without the porches?
A:Yes, the available basement area is directly below the heated/cooled main floor space.
Our basement walls are 8 inches thick so it is reduced around the perimeter due to the 2x4 vs 8 inch basement walls.
Q:Can this be built on a day light full basement? Thanks, Kelle
A:Yes. The basement option is $250.
Q:Resending: Need a plan similar to this with approx. 2400 sq ft. Or, need to cut some area out of second floor. 790 seems like more than what is shown? What exactly is the area of each 2nd floor room?
A:Please forgive this delay…
The upper living includes the bedrooms, hallway, computer center and bathroom. You can multiply the dimensions to come up with the bedroom sq ft, however the hallway is approximately 136 sq ft if you consider the 3’6” width and approximate 34’ length (same as front porch)
The computer center is just under 50 sq ft;
Bathroom is roughly 75 sq ft.
Plus bedroom closets.
The upper level bonus room is another number to be added to the living space if it is to be used.
Floor 1: 1813
Floor 2: 790
Total: 2603
Bonus: 410
Garage Storage: 533
Porch: 567
Q:Can you tell me the size of the 2nd floor bathroom and pantry? Is the back porch ceiling vaulted?
A:2nd floor bathroom – 10’ x 5’
pantry? 5’4” x 4’
No, it is a shed-style roof 3:12 pitch
Q:Looking for same home with about 1600 1700 total sq ft
A:Please see plan 61166, sq ft 1783 – builder can side load garage on site.
