A: Yes, the available basement area is directly below the heated/cooled main floor space. Our basement walls are 8 inches thick so it is reduced around the perimeter due to the 2x4 vs 8 inch basement walls.

You can multiply the dimensions to come up with the bedroom sq ft, however the hallway is approximately 136 sq ft if you consider the 3’6” width and approximate 34’ length (same as front porch) The computer center is just under 50 sq ft; Bathroom is roughly 75 sq ft. Plus bedroom closets. The upper level bonus room is another number to be added to the living space if it is to be used.
