1/4" scale fully dimensioned Foundation/ Basement Plan Basement plan also includes "future finish" Recreation Room, 1 or 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and Storage area's. 1/4" scale fully dimensioned Floor Plan In order to simplify construction, We use the most comprehensive dimensioning method in the industry. 1/4" scale Front, Side and Rear Elevations 1/4 inch scale elevations all the way around clarifies construction and can be used for Model building templates as well.Roof plan An eighth-inch scale "Birds-eye" view of the roof helps to simplify construction by showing all the valleys, hips, ridges etc.
Electrical Shown right on the floor plan indicates locations for switches and outlets (and no we don't slack on kitchen outlets).
Kitchen Cabinet Details, Wall section, Stair and Fireplace Details All drawn 1/2" scale provide easy viewing of the specific areas.

Q: re-sending: Can you let us know what these two square areas are: the one right outside the half bath and the one in the hall the bedrooms just to the left of the closet by the bathroom? Also where would the water heater in the basement vent? I didn’t see a location built into the plan.
A: Can you let us know what these two square areas are: the one right outside the half bath (broom closet) and the one in the hall the bedrooms just to the left of the closet by the bathroom (linen closet)? Also where would the water heater in the basement vent (exhaust vent is located in the thicker wall on the left side of linen closet)? I didn’t see a location built into the plan.
Q: What is the size of the island in the kitchen?
A: Island is 4' x 2'
Q: what is the linear feet of the kitchen cabinets? what is the dimensions of: Master suite wics and the laundry room
A: Kitchen has approx. 19’ linear cabinets both top and bottom, 24” pantry cab. MBR closets are approx. 5’x6’ &5’x7’ Laundry room is 5’-8” x 7’-8”
Q: Does the 1586sq ft number include the porch? And is it based on the outside dimensions or the inside living space?
A: The square footage is based on outside dimensions of heated space and does not include garage, porches or patio/decks.
