A: The height does not include the cupola because it is more decorative than structural. There are many pre-built cupola models to choose from and the height will vary depending upon the model specified. The heat and AC inside blower unit can be installed on the ground level or in the attic. This home is compact and small enough that it is possible to heat and cool with the wall ductless model systems rather than a central system. Please advise if we can be of further service.
