A: The footing details call for the exterior perimeter footing to extend below the frost line according to code. The footing detail also specifies that the top of the slab is to extend above grade a minimum of 8 inches. As such, the total depth of the footing varies according to local conditions but the dimensions below frost line and above grade are fixed.
A: The roof load is 20 pounds live load an 15 lb dead load. Clarify your question regarding a cross wall. I am uncertain what you are asking. The slab is a monolithic concrete slab with a perimeter footing and a footing under all load-bearing walls.
