Q & A
Previous Q & A
Q:Other than the master bedroom ceiling are the other ceilings in the house flat (not cathedral)? Thank you,
A:The great room ceiling is 11’-0” high. The rest are 9’-0” except the master bedroom.
Q:Hello re Plan 68853 So far, we like this plan because of the rear covered porch. Did you intend for the floor of the back porch to be concrete? (it would be ICF foundation and in Canada )
A:Yes, the back porch is concrete. The plan calls out for 9’-0” poured concrete foundation.
Q:I am pricing your plan for a client. Need to know the sq. ft. of the covered porch at the front of the house & the sq. ft. for the covered porch @ the back of the house. Also would like to know if this plan comes in 2x6 exterior walls. Thx so much; Denise
A:Answers are in the text:
I am pricing your plan for a client. Need to know the sq. ft. of the covered porch at the front of the house59 sq. ft. & the sq. ft. for the covered porch @ the back of the house 88 sq. ft.. Also would like to know if this plan comes in 2x6 exterior walls yes for an additional $195.00.. Thx so much; Denise
Q:Hi I'm wondering if the slab foundation layout changes from the current layout picture. I don't see where the mechanical rm would be.
A:We do not show the main floor plans for alternate foundations. You could take the space for the stairs and close it off to make an HVAC area.
Q:If I order with the slab foundation, where is the HVAC unit located? Also, what happens with the stair configuration?
Lastly, if I order with the 2x6 exterior wall option, I want to make sure the brick ledge will still be reflected. Thanks!
A:The HVAC is located where the stairs are closest to the great room. The rest of that space is a storage closet. When we 2x6, the walls are stretched in so it doesn’t affect the outside of the house. The brick ledge will remain.
