Q:I'm very interested in buying this house plan and building it on a 30 ft. lot in California. After talking to my realtor, he said that all new houses in Ca. have to have sprinklers. My question is can you provide me with a plan for the sprinklers? Also, do you have any pictures of this house that you have built.
A:You will need to take the plans to a fire sprinkler contractor to get the sprinkler plans. They will typically do them as part of their service when hiring them to supply and install the sprinklers.
