Q & A
Previous Q & A
Q:How deep is the interior of the garage? In other words, when the garage door is closed and taking into account the space taken up by the staircase, what is the maximum length of a car that the garage can accommodate?
A:Wall to wall is 19’-8” per plans.
Q:1. What are the dimensions of the base plan garage door; what options are available? 2. What is height of the ceiling on the first floor? 3. Do stairs accessing the loft interfere with the depth of storage area or only the width? I need full 24-foot depth; width at back of garage isn't so critical. 4. Can skylights be incorporated into plans? 5. Do plans include gutter specs? 6. What is the size of the loft window? Thanks!
A:Garage door is 8’ wide x 7’ height.
First floor ceiling height is 8’
I don’t understand the stair question.
it is only 24’ deep for the total structure
skylights can be incorporated
gutters are not called out
window is 2’-8” x 5’-2”
