From the front, you are greeted by a charming Farmhouse exterior with white vertical siding and a swing hanging under the front porch. The back side reveals an impressive covered porch with vaulted ceiling and rustic wood beams. Build this sprawling house on a hill because it has a walkout basement in the rear with drive-under garage. In total, the homeowner has 4 garage spaces, plus a smaller garage for a large mower or bikes.

Let's tour all three levels of Beautiful Farmhouse Plan 81647. Firstly, we start with the ground level, also known as the walkout basement. From the rear elevation picture, you can see that there is a patio, and it's covered by the porch up above.
