MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.

A: The basement square footage reflects the total living space above it. We do not place basement under garage, porch space or any space not living space.
So, for this plan, the first floor square footage of 1819 will be the equivalent of space available for a basement.
A: A walkout basement will be located under the actual living space above.
If a wood burning (masonry) fireplace is desired on the existing porch it will have to be carried to the ground for support.
