MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.

User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

A: Hello, Because the bonus room is optional, this would not be included in the living space of the home. Please see square footage breakdown below, if bonus room is finished as heated/cooled space, this will increase the total living space by 492.

The basement will be accessible to the rear grounds (unless yiunneed different access due to your lot condition or degree of slope. Basement space is available under the entire house heated/cooled space; use as much or little as needed. Doors windows location and interior layout is totally up to you as this is an optional unfinished basement foundation. This hine design is incredible wiyh lots of opportunity for expansion.
