Modern House Plan 82814 has 1,780 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. This new construction plan will fit on a narrow lot because it measures 28' wide by 58' deep. The exterior is finished with smokey gray siding and white trim. Angled rooflines lend to the contemporary style. We love the stone feature on the front side of the home. Inside, you will find that this interesting accent contains a windowed closet upstairs. Plus, it would make a nice window seat in the master bedroom on the main floor.
Narrow Lot Modern House Plan
Modern House Plan 82814 offers everything you would look for in today's architectural designs. Firstly, the home is designed to fit into new and growing developments. The home takes up less space on your lot because it's two stories instead of one story tall. Two story homes take up a smaller footprint. Even better, the narrow lot means that it will fit into tight spaces. Don't worry about losing out on a spot in that new neighborhood you've been eyeing. Grab the last narrow lot and build this new home.
Secondly, the living space is functional and comfortable. Upon arriving home, your front porch is covered to shelter you from rain and sun. Inside, the foyer immediately offers a place to leave your coat and a convenient half bathroom. Going forward, the living room feels very spacious because it has a vaulted ceiling and measures 15' wide by 20' deep. Two sets of sliding glass doors admit tons of natural light and invite you outside to the back porch. The porch measures 15'4 wide by 6' deep, so find a nice grill and spend time dining outside when you have good weather.

Drafted at ¼" - 1' scale. This plan is designed as a slab foundation. Optional basement or crawl space foundations are available. Basement foundations may require additional engineering for steel beam sizes.
Main Level Floor Plan
Drafted at ¼" scale. 2" x 4" walls are standard. The detailed drawings include such things as ceiling treatments and header locations.
Second Level Floor Plan
Drafted at ¼" scale. Drafted to the same degree of detail as the main level floor plan.
Interior Elevations
Kitchen cabinet elevations are drawn.
Electrical and Sections
The electrical plan shows suggested electrical layout for the main and second level floor plans. Typical wall, stair, brick sections are provided to further explain construction of these areas.
NO Re-use Fee
As the original purchaser of a home plan, the Construction License permits you to build the plan as many times as you like.
Running Blueprints
If your plans are sent to you on vellum paper they will reproduce well on your blueprint machine. The Construction License authorizes you or your blueprint facility, at your direction, to make as many copes of the plan from the vellum masters as you need for construction purposes.
