Q:What part of the upper level is living space and what part is considered unfinished space? for example, is the bathroom and mechanical room and bonus room all unfinished space?
A:The bonus room and bathroom are optional. If those spaces are finished it adds an additional 829 Sq. Ft. to the plan. The mechanical room is 78 Sq. Ft. of unfinished space.
