Q:Hello. What are the dimensions of the "Outdoor Storage" in the basement? Could the OUTSIDE Doors be Omitted and make that a Theater? Could this be built with 2X6 Exterior walls?
The storage area could be finished and used as a theater room. The dimensions are 11’ x 27’ – 4”. The home can be built with 2 x 6 exterior walls, but depending on the skill of your builder, you might need to have the plans modified to accommodate the 2 x 6 walls.
Q:are the basement walls 10 Ft ?
A:Yes, the ceiling heights are 10’ for all rooms in the basement.
Q:Are these vinyl shakes? What kind of siding?
A:Thank you for your inquiry. Our plans say “Cedar Shingles/Shakes” but you may use whatever type material you prefer, such as vinyl, composite, or wood.
